Second Half
We resumed the second half with renewed intensity, and the breakthrough came in the 49th minute when Sodiq Ibrahim gave us a deserved 1–0 lead.
We maintained the pressure, with Stephen Amos winning a free kick in the 61st minute, while Sodiq Ibrahim was fouled shortly after, though play continued. Lucky Emmanuel also tested the defence in the 66th minute, but his effort went wide.
Decisive Moment
Rangers responded and equalised in the 69th minute to make it 1–1, but we reacted positively. Ayodele Ismail nearly restored our lead in the 73rd minute, but his effort was saved.
A key substitution followed in the 74th minute, with Qamar Adegoke introduced. The change proved decisive as we regained the lead in the 78th minute, with Desmond Ojietefian heading home from a well-delivered corner by Jamiu Hamzat to make it 2–1.
Further changes came in the 85th minute, with Adams Mustapha and Adelowo Gbolagade introduced, and Gbolagade was booked shortly after.
The decisive goal arrived in the 88th minute when Adams Mustapha finished to extend our lead to 3–1 and seal the victory.
Full-Time
Twelve minutes of added time were played, and we remained solid, with Adebayo Abayomi introduced in stoppage time. We held firm until the final whistle to secure all three points.
It was a strong and determined performance, showing resilience and attacking quality as we earned a deserved victory at home.
