Head Coach - Nurudeen Aweroro
Nurudeen Aweroro is the Head Coach of Shooting Stars SC. A CAF Licensed tactician, he has gathered valuable experience with Remo Stars, MFM FC, and Ikorodu City, where he developed his reputation for discipline, tactical structure, and player growth.
With a modern approach to the game and a passion for building competitive squads, Coach Aweroro is committed to steering the Oluyole Warriors toward consistent success on and off the pitch.
Assistant Coach - Shakiru Lawal
Coach Adedeji Ayeoba Gabriel brings vast experience from grassroots football to the NPFL, having worked with Achievers FA, Remo Stars, Imperial FC, Stormers FC, and Escola United FA before joining Shooting Stars SC as Assistant Coach and Head Coach of the U19s.
He has guided teams through the TCC League, NNL, and NLO competitions, with strong performances including top-three finishes and cup runs. A holder of multiple coaching certifications, including Scottish FA Level 1, UEFA C Licence (in progress), and NIS Advanced Coaching Certificate, he combines technical knowledge with modern coaching methods.
Assistant Coach/Under 19 Coach- Adedeji Ayeoba Gabriel

Goal Keeper Trainer - Gopar Cornelius
Gopar Cornelius Jerry is an experienced Goalkeeper Coach with extensive expertise in football coaching and player development. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Coaching (Football) and the Lali-Ga Coaching Certificate, specializing in modern goalkeeper training and tactical preparation.
As a coach, he has guided teams to success, notably winning the NPFL title twice with Plateau United in 2017 and 2019. At Shooting Stars SC, he focuses on developing top-performing goalkeepers, enhancing tactical awareness, and strengthening the team’s defensive strategies.
Assistant Coach - Lawrence Adedeji
Adedeji Oluwasegun Lawrence is a certified football coach and sports psychologist from the National Institute for Sports (NIS). He has extensive experience in youth development, having coached teams such as Fortunate FA, Talented FA, and Bariga All Stars FA, focusing on player growth, discipline, and structured training.
Before joining Shooting Stars SC as Assistant Coach, he gained practical coaching experience with Smart City FC and Ikorodu City FC, where he also served as assistant to the head coach. Lawrence brings modern coaching methods, technical knowledge, and a strong commitment to developing players and competitive teams.
Assistant Coach - Waheed Omololu
Omololu Waheed Abiodun is a former professional footballer with experience playing for Shooting Stars Sports Club, Sunshine Stars Akure, and representing Nigeria at U-17 and U-20 levels.
A certified coach with Modern-Day Football Coaching Levels 1 and 2, he brings advanced tactical knowledge and modern training methods to the Oluyole Warriors’ technical bench.
Known for his discipline, leadership, and commitment to player development, Waheed plays a key role in nurturing young talent and driving Shooting Stars’ pursuit of excellence in the NPFL.
Team Manager/Team Scout - Tammy Tamuno
Tammy Emmanuel Tamuno is a seasoned scout and football manager with experience across the NPFL and beyond. He has worked with Ikorodu City (Head Scout, 2024/25), Rangers International (2023/24), Kwara United (2024), and Niger Tornados (2020/21), before serving as Team Manager/Scout at Shooting Stars (2025–2027).
Tammy also leads talent development as Technical Director at Platinum Sporting Agency and Chief Scout at KCSPORT Marketing, while serving as CEO of Ward 20 National FC since 2019.
A graduate of the National Institute for Sports, he holds advanced diplomas in Sports Management, Scouting, and Elite Coaching certification from OTP Finland (2024).
Strength and Conditioning Coach - Grace Towobola
Grace Towobola is a CAF and UEFA licensed football coach and the Training Officer of the Nigeria Football Coaches Association, Oyo State Chapter. She was a recipient of the 2022/2023 Chevening Scholarship to study MSc Sport Coaching at the University of Central Lancashire, Great Britain, having previously obtained a Master’s degree in Sport Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics in Nigeria.
She has worked in several coaching capacities with male and female football teams in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), the British University and College Sports (BUCS) League, and with elite English clubs.
Psychologist - Abdulsalam Habeeb
Habeeb Opeyemi Abdulsalam holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and Psychology of Sports from the University of Ibadan. He currently serves as a Psychologist Consultant at R6 Elite Management Company, UK, and previously worked with Ikorodu City FC in the NPFL.
With expertise in sports psychology and athlete welfare, Habeeb plays a crucial role in enhancing mental strength, focus, and performance within the Shooting Stars squad.
Match & Performance Analyst - Jesse Afuye
Jesse is a Barcelona-certified Football Tactical Analyst, bringing modern tactical insight, elite-level training, and data-driven performance expertise to the 3SC family.
Certified by FC Barcelona, his expertise covers:
Tactical structure and team shape
Data interpretation and performance metrics
Player-specific video analysis
Jesse has previously worked with BlackExcellence Management (a FIFA-Licensed Agency), providing in-depth player performance reports to enhance transfer value and career growth.
