Executive Chairman

  • Provides overall leadership, governance, and long-term vision for the club.

  • Ensures alignment of sporting, financial, and operational goals.


Chief Operating Officer (COO)

  • Oversees the day-to-day administration and operations of the club.

  • Coordinates activities across media, administration, logistics, and support services.

Under the COO:

  • Media Lead – Manages all media, publicity, and digital content for the club.

    • Photographer – Captures official club photos, matchday coverage, and events.

    • Videographer – Produces video content including highlights, interviews, and promotional clips.

    • Graphics Designer – Designs creative visuals, match posters, and digital campaigns.

  • Head of Administration – Manages club administration and support services.

    • Admin Assistants – Handle documentation, office tasks, and daily support.

    • Drivers – Provide transport and logistics support for the team and staff.

    • Dispatch Riders – Handle urgent document and package deliveries.

    • Cleaners – Maintain cleanliness of facilities and workspaces.

    • Security – Ensure safety of players, staff, and club property.


Sporting Director

  • Directs all technical and sporting aspects of the club.

  • Oversees recruitment, player development, and performance strategy.

Under the Sporting Director:

  • Head Coach – Leads the team tactically and technically.

    • Assistant Coach 1, 2 & 3 – Support training, tactics, and match preparation.

    • Goalkeeper Trainer – Specializes in training and improving goalkeepers.

    • Strength & Conditioning Coach – Develops fitness, stamina, and injury prevention programs.

    • Match & Performance Analyst – Provides data-driven insights on players and opponents.

    • Psychologist – Supports mental strength, focus, and motivation of players.

    • Medical Team – Ensures health, fitness, and injury recovery of players.

      • Doctor – Oversees medical care and treatment.

      • Nurse – Provides medical support and first aid.

      • Physiotherapist – Manages rehabilitation and recovery programs.

      • Masseur – Provides therapy and physical recovery treatments.

    • Finance Assistant – Provides day-to-day financial support and reporting.
